儘管Mac本身自帶了截屏工具，但免費的工具當然沒有Snagit那麼功能齊全、專業。因此，大多數Mac用戶選擇使用Snagit。當然，這也意味著每次使用都需要切換到Windows系統。如今，TechSmith推出SnagitforMacOSX，結束了Snagit用戶切換系統的日子。儘管Mac版Snagit功能還不如Windows齊全，比如，SnagitforMacOSX沒有視頻截屏，也不支持批量處理，但開發商表示會不斷改善SnagitforMacOSX。

Mac版的Snagit提供了完整的截圖功能，同時可透過AllInOneCapture的功能，除了可以截取你在屏幕上看到的畫面外，也可以為截取的畫面加上一些標記，包括箭頭、對話框等。
