WinNc.Net是一款用來替代Windows已存在Windows文件管理器的工具，WinNc使用了我們熟悉DOS文件管理器相同的快捷鍵及鼠標功能。許多的工具按鈕、菜單欄提供了訪問標準文件的管理方式,通過本軟件你可以進行格式化、拷貝、移動、刪除、瀏覽及編輯文件等操作。
如同DOS的NC般相當好用的文件管理工具，極似WindowsCommander除一般的複製、刪除、搬移、編輯等功能外，亦支持ZIP壓縮及文件的分割與合併，界面工具相當完整、包括系統工具皆可於工具列上隨即開啟。而對於系統資訊亦提供完整的資訊、如硬盤、CPU等使用率。而操作方式亦可選擇如Windows般的方式、整體來說相當不錯。
