是一個專門用來測試你的電腦效能的性能測試程序。除了預設的四個基準電腦的比較數據外，在其網站中還提供其它知名電腦的性能測試數據，讓你可以比較自己的電腦是否有達到其應有的水準。總共包含有22種獨立的測試項目，其總共包含於六大類：浮點運算器測試、標準的2D圖形性能測試、3D圖形性能測試、磁盤文件的讀取/寫入及搜尋測試、內存測試以及CPU的MMX相容性測試。在這個程序中預設有四個基準電腦的標準測試數據，使用者可以自行挑選比較。另外，如果你是註冊的版本，還可以到作者的網頁中下載其它的Baselinecomputer的性能測試數據。文件非常的小，所以使用者可以將它存放於磁盤中；當您要購買某一部新電腦或二手電腦時，就可以以此為電腦性能的評判標準，再也不怕因為不懂電腦而被別人坑了。
