這個軟件除了可以讓你使用BMP圖形作為程序的背景底圖之外，它還可讓你Windows中的所有程序的窗口標題條(Titlebar)變成麥金塔電腦MacOS8或是BeOS的樣子，而你也可以將Windows95的窗口標題條(Titlebar)弄成像Windows98一樣的漸層顯示，漸層的顏色還可以自訂，標題條的文字可讓你放在中間而不是預設的左邊。另外各位可以發現現在一般的新軟件，其工具條的按鈕形式都已改成「浮動式」的，也就是當鼠標移到按鈕上時它會浮起來，比較美觀而且有立體感，但仍能有一些軟件(如ACDSee、NetTerm)依舊是舊式的按鈕形式，你只要用這個軟件就夠將它們都改成「浮動式」的按鈕喔！其他還有許多功能，譬如可讓桌面icon的文字底色變成透明.....等等，在此不多敘述，各位自己抓回來玩看看吧！
