Simufact 是一套工業鍛造過程仿真分析軟件,由功能極強的有限體積求解器和WINDOWS風格的圖形接口的所集成友好仿真分析運用軟件。利用Simufact的鍛造模擬技術,能夠作出更快、更經濟的仿真試驗,加快產品導入市場的時間。
鍛造是高度非線性工藝過程,需要材料和模具與工件之間複雜的相互作用。在多數情形下,鍛造的毛坯形狀相當簡單,但最終產品的幾何形狀非常複雜,需要分段進行材料流動及多個鍛造才可完成。因此,仿真軟件採用了基於有限體積的材料流動模擬技術,能解決因傳統變形材料流動的障礙。

Simufact Forming is a simulation tool for hands-on professionals working with forming technology. Our goal is to focus the software to the practical needs of the users.
