MSC公司正式發佈Simufact.Forming V16版本！
Simufact 是一套工業鍛造過程仿真分析軟件，由功能極強的有限體積求解器和WINDOWS風格的圖形接口的所集成友好仿真分析運用軟件。利用Simufact的鍛造模擬技術，能夠作出更快、更經濟的仿真試驗，加快產品導入市場的時間。
鍛造是高度非線性工藝過程，需要材料和模具與工件之間複雜的相互作用。在多數情形下，鍛造的毛坯形狀相當簡單，但最終產品的幾何形狀非常複雜，需要分段進行材料流動及多個鍛造才可完成。因此，仿真軟件採用了基於有限體積的材料流動模擬技術，能解決因傳統變形材料流動的障礙。
Simufact 的出現(研發)，讓鍛造業者也有機會得以享用數值分析工具所帶來的莫大好處。Simufact 是一個功能強大的3D鍛造製程模擬分析工具，能有效地用來觀察比較鋼模與鍛造程序製程的不同，對各種製程特性的影響，包括：材料流動、最後工件的形狀與機械性質、多餘材料區(material flash region)等，以期能用最省的材料、最短的時程，得到機械性質最符合預期的鍛造產品。目前，Simufact 已被日本幾家居於領導地位的公司用於實際的鍛造製程模擬分析，例如Sumitomo重工、Toyota汽車與Denso公司。

Simufact Forming is a simulation tool for hands-on professionals working with forming technology. Our goal is to focus the software to the practical needs of the users.
