動畫是由美國知名製作人Susan Blu執導。
熱心助人的阿曼，是小鎮上的修理高手，帶著他愛講話的萬能修理工具們，什麼疑難雜症都難不倒他們。在解決問題的過程中，他們
學習分工合作、各司其職，並且用積極樂觀的態度共同解決。

這部動畫的中心思想非常受用，就是要教小朋友「不要怕困難、不要怕挫折，要用對方法、分工合作解決問題，這樣的精神正是學齡
孩童最需要的喔！
裡面的小工具們就像是小朋友，常常好心幫忙但卻不得要領、很容易氣餒、沒自信、甚至想放棄，但是萬能阿曼就像是這群工具們的
精神領袖，總是能找出對的方法，發揮每個工具的特性來解決問題。

Handy Manny is a TV animated children's program launched in 2006, part of the Playhouse Disney morning block of the
Disney Channel. The show features the adventures of Manny Garcia, a bilingual Hispanic handyman, and his
anthropomorphic, talking tools. It also teaches young children the beginnings of Spanish and the importance of
cultural diversity. A bilingual French version premiered June 3, 2009 on Teletoon alongside the original version.
Handy Manny is set in the fictional town of Sheetrock Hills – a play on the genericized trademark for drywall in
the United States – where the titular character, Manny, owns a repair shop along with his anthropomorphic tools.
Each 30-minute episode contains two stories; each story typically begins with Manny and the tools interacting in
Manny's repair shop. While at the shop, someone calls Manny asking him to repair something that has broken. Usually
the item that needs repair is of some importance to one of the show's characters, or some group of people depends on
it. Manny and the tools then spring into action and head out to repair the broken item, usually stopping at Kelly's
hardware store along the way. Once there, they collaborate on the best way to fix the broken item. When they arrive
on a solution, they sing a song while performing the repair, to the delight of the item's owner or the people that
were depending on the item.
