While I didn't really study for the Outlook exam, as I use that regularly. I did use the following book to brush up on Powerpoint (mainly due to the score on the 2007 exam and my overall experience with powerpoint 2010): Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 Step by Step. Good book, as it covers the various activities in easy steps (especially when one doesn't use PP that much ).
Score:
Outlook 2010: 921
Powerpoint 2010: 829
One thing that I'd like to say (without breaking the NDA) is that the individual questions seem easier that the 2007 route, however there are double the amount of questions that you have to do within the same amount of time.
